ANGUILLA – The Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) has charged two young men (both 23 years old) from South Hill with conspiracy to murder.
Vern Richardson and Leroy Fleming were both charged with the offence, and taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, May 31 and Thursday, June 2, respectively.
Richardson, who was granted bail in the sum of EC $70,000 with two sureties, is required to reside at his parents’ home, be on curfew daily, surrender his travel documents and refrain from interfering with the complainant in the matter. He is due back before the court on Monday, September 26.
Fleming, on the other hand, is presently on remand at Her Majesty’s Prison in relation to another matter he has before the court.
