Christian Assembly hosts Kingdom Talent

GRAND CASE – On Friday, February 26, the place to be was at Christian Assembly Ministries International in Grand Case, for the Kingdom Talent Part Deux! This event was organized for the second year, which created a platform where the youth from various ministries were able to come and display their God-given talents.

“As Kingdom people we believe in coming together and networking to advance the Kingdom of God, not in competition, but to the honor and glory of Jesus Christ,” said a statement from the church. This event was also a fundraiser in part, for the upcoming youth conference, which will be held July 8-10, and will feature Rizon and Sue Gibson from Trinidad and Tobago.

Participating churches included, Christ Ambassadors Ministries International’s Dancers, Christ Triumphant Church’s Youth Choir, Good News Baptist Church’s Youth Choir, Tristan with a dance from Solid Rock Assembly, José with a song from Christian Fellowship Church, Love and Grace Steppers 4 Christ, Assemblia Nueva Vida Mimers, and the Christian Assembly Ministries International’s Youth Choir.

There was also a Power Praise and Deliverance Ministries. New Testament Baptist Church showed support by being present. Lenworth Wilson and his G.I.F.T.E.D. team were also present, supporting and giving away free tickets to the upcoming 1st annual Zamar Musik Fest Concert. G.I.F.T.E.D. is the go-to organization for promoting positive entertainment and youth development on St. Maarten.

DJ Godman provided the freshest tunes such as “I wouldn’t know” by Lecrae, “Surrender” by Bizzle, “Caribbean Christian” by Jaron Nurse and “Jump” by Joshua DRJ, to name a few. It was a night to remember, and “we look forward to doing it bigger and better for the next Kingdom Talent Part Trois!”
