Former Mac principal Charles Cedrick Hodge case postponed till September 28, 2016

Prosecutor’s Office bulletin:

Former MAC Betty Estate school Principal Charles Cedrick Hodge

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — The case against C.C.H. was postponed till September 28.

The suspect’s lawyer asked asked for the postponement and to receive the video recordings of the interrogation of one of the victims.

The Prosecutor opposed to this request stating that it’s not common to give copies of interrogations in sexual abuse investigations, especially when it concerns minors.

The lawyer’s request was not granted by the judge.

C.C.H. is suspected of sexual abuse and rape of minors and also possession of child pornography.
