Jamaican Police seize 558 pounds of ganja and believed to be destined for St. Maarten

JAMAICA — The Narcotics Police seize 558 pounds of ganja at the Norman Manley International Airport on Monday, August 22.

Police canine dogs alerted lawmen to 50 boxes, bearing the label of a processed food company and believed to be destined for St. Maarten, was searched and found to contain the illicit drug with an estimated street value of JMD 3 million.
