PHILIPSBURG – The judge granted on Monday, June 20, the prolonged custody of suspects K.L. and A.J. in the Mahi Mahi investigation.

The prosecutor had requested the suspects be remanded to custody for 60 days (gevangenhouding). K.L. and A.J. got injured during the May 29, shooting at the Westin Dawn Beach Resort parking lot, at approximately 10:00am.

They are suspected of involvement in the shooting (K.L. And A.J.) and possession of a large number of false dollar bills (only K.L.).
