SAINT MARTIN — Harbour View/Fort Louis – On Wednesday November 25, 2015, His Excellency Governor Eugene B. Holiday received the Préfète for Sint Martin and St. Barthelemy, Mrs. Anne Laubies as part of their regular consultations at his office at Falcon Drive 3 in Philipsburg.
During the meeting, the Governor and the Préfète discussed several matters of mutual interest for Sint Maarten and St. Martin. Topics discussed included the emergency situation in France, the cooperation between Sint Maarten/Saint Martin and law enforcement. The productive meeting underscored the friendly relationships and provided an opportunity for the Governor and the Préfète to reinforce the importance of the cooperation between Saint-Martin and Sint-Maarten.
