CUL de SAC, Sint Maarten — The police department is apologizing to the general public for any inconvenience or delay the road closures and traffic diversions may have cost on Sunday November 22nd 2015 during the funeral of the late Latoya Flanders.
No prior notification regarding these road closure were sent out was part of the strategy to insure safety and security during the entire ceremony.
The entire ceremony transpired without incidents.
