Soualiga Service Point contributes to pantry

PHILIPSBURG – In an effort to assist and contribute to the mission of the White & Yellow Cross Community Pantry, Soualiga Service point was elated to be part of a project and provide a monetary donation towards such a positive and commendable act.

The aim of the White and Yellow cross is to help meet the nutritional, emotional, and spiritual needs of others through generosity of the community. It is admirable that this organization saw the need to assist seniors, the ill and physically and mentally challenged persons with non- perishable items.

Soualiga Service Point jumped on board and is also asking the business community to be part of this as “we give back to those that are less fortunate. It takes a collective initiative, involvement and dedication from us as a developed society to come through for similar projects.”

“We would like to thank the coordinators and employees of the White & Yellow Cross for having the courage to take this challenge under their belt and provide impactful and positive community results,” Soualiga Service Point said in a statement.
