PHILIPSBURG – The first of these meetings is a Central Committee meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 9:30am.

The agenda point is:

Discussion on the final joint draft Kingdom Law Dispute Regulation (Geschillenregeling) from Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten.

The second of these meetings, is a closed door Committee of Finance meeting scheduled for 11:00am with the agenda point: Presentation of the draft Budget 2017 of the Council of Advice.

The third, Plenary Session scheduled for 2:00pm, with the agenda points:

1. Incoming documents;

2. Approval report on exchange of views with Mr. J. Romney on the Election Ordinance;

3. Advice regarding the installation and composition of a Committee of General Affairs;

4. Ontwerp van Landsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening ruimtelijke ontwikkelingsplan in verband met het herinvoeren van artikel 28a.

The Minister of Housing, Spatial planning, Environment and Infrastructure Angel Meyers will be present for agenda point 4 of this Plenary Session.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com and via www.sxmparliament.org
