CAY HILL, Sint Maarten – Early Sunday morning, October 9, two cars traveling on AJC Brouwer Road collided when the driver of the dark blue Dodge Dart with number plate P-2929, who was coming down the hill from the roundabout by the water tank heading to Cay Hill, for some reason ended up on the left lane of upcoming traffic.

This resulted in a head-on collision with the brown Hyundai Elantra P-9168, who at that time was going up the hill towards Cole Bay.

The accident took place right in the corner by SXM Autolane. The driver and passenger of the brown Hyundai Elantra that was going up the hill sustained minor injuries.

The driver was taken to the hospital for further medical attention.
