>PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — On Wednesday, January 2nd in the morning hours, two males suspects in the murder investigation at the “El Capitan Night” on December 31st identified with initials >D.J.O. and >S.R. turned themselves in at the Police Head Quarters in Philipsburg.
Both suspects were immediately arrested and placed into custody for further investigation.
