BVI — Two men have been arrested and a go-fast boat seized following the seizure of a quantity of cocaine in the British Virgin Islands last night, February 2.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), in confirming the drug bust to BVI News Online, stated that no charges have yet been laid.
The nationalities of the men were not disclosed.
“A joint operation at sea conducted by BVI Customs and the US Coast Guard late last night has resulted in the arrest of two men and the seizure of a quantity of cocaine.”
“The two men and the go-fast boat they were in are presently in police custody. No charges have been laid,” Police Information Officer Diane Drayton said, adding that investigations are ongoing
