De taak is om het vliegen zo veilig mogelijk te maken door middle van het navolgen van procedures. Selectie process: 1. Bij wet iedereen die op de luchthaven wilt werken moet een 'Verklaring van Goedgedrag (VOG), oftewel Police Record, aanvragen. 2. Bij wet iedereen die werkzaam zal zijn bij Longport Aviation Security moet vooraf getrained worden. 3. AVSEC agent: Als een 'aviation security agent' zal je varierende security taken uitoefenen op 1 dag. 4. Carriere: Doorgroei mogelijkheden beschikbaar in het bedrijf. Mogelijkheden tot bedrijfsreizen, werken met collega's op internationaal niveau. Managers ontmoeten op internationaal niveau die allemaal als aviation security agents zijn begonnen.
