"A number of tourist businesses including hotels have been waiting MONTHS for permits to repair damage from Irma and some still have NO PERMITS. Whatever is delaying that process needs to be solved in a hurry. Hotel room capacity is being hurt by these delays and tourists can't come to rooms for which repair permits have been delayed...."
