Mass lawsuit against Curacao Government and third parties

WILLEMSTAD – More than 500 people have signed up for a mass lawsuit against the government and third parties. The filing of the lawsuit is to ensure that the elections of April 28, 2017 will take place.

This is a cooperation with the law firms Henriquez Kostrzewski Law, Soliana Bonapart & Aardenburg and VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne. The law firms will not charge fees for their work.

Those who support the mass lawsuit need to fill in a form and sign this to give a mandate to the lawyers to represent them in these or other legal proceedings that will be initiated in the context of this topic.

Also, the people who want to register must have Dutch nationality, be a resident of Curaçao and be eligible to vote.
