Looking to try a new sport this fall? The Friendly Longe-Côte supports two introductory sessionsOpen to all levels from age 15. This discipline consists of walking in seawater, immersed up to the waist or chest. 

The first appointment is scheduled for this Friday, September 11th at 17:15 PM in Friar's Baythen Saturday, September 12th at 9:15 am in Grand-CaseThis is an opportunity to discover this sport gently, either barehanded or with a paddle, before potentially joining the club for regular practice, whether recreational or competitive. To participate, simply bring a water bottle, sun protection, and water walking shoes or old sneakers. Shoes can be provided on site if needed. Created in July 2025, Friendly Longe-Côte is entering its second season after a first year marked by good results, including a 39th place finish at the French Club Championship, out of 96 ranked clubs.
