In 2026, Saint-Martin joined the Eastern Caribbean Golf Association (ECGA), a regional golf association that brings together the federations and associations of the Eastern Caribbean islands: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, Saint Croix, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia, Sint Maarten, Saint-Martin, and Saint Thomas. Saint-Martin will soon participate in its first ECGA tournament.

Twelve golfers—three women and nine men—selected at the Tamarins' annual championship will represent Saint-Martin at the ECGA tournament, which will take place this year in Anguilla from October 9 to 11. For Les Tamarins, this first appearance at the ECGA is both a recognition and a driving force to continue developing competitive golf and increasing its visibility in Saint-Martin. This project would not have been possible without the invaluable support of their partners.

The Tamarins would like to warmly thank the Saint-Martin Tourist Office, FT Development Group, CUBE Lift, TACKLING Insurance and the Guadeloupe Golf League.
