Nicole Noilhetas has been appointed Vice-Rector and Head of National Education Services for Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, effective July 1, 2026. Currently Deputy Academic Director in New Caledonia, she will succeed Fanny Giausseran. With a career marked by roles in inspection, academic leadership, and the management of educational policies both in mainland France and overseas territories, she possesses extensive experience in supporting schools, managing human resources, and combating school dropout. Her mission will be to address the numerous educational challenges facing the Northern Islands.
