La section FSAS-CGTG (Fédération de la Santé et de l’Action Sociale) du Centre hospitalier Louis Constant Fleming a déposé un préavis de grève reconductible à compter de ce vendredi 5 juin 2026, dès 7h du matin.

Dans un communiqué, le syndicat dénonce des difficultés persistantes au sein de l’hôpital, évoquant notamment un manque de personnel, des problèmes d’organisation, des conditions de travail dégradées et l’absence de direction stable. Plusieurs services sont concernés par les revendications, parmi lesquels les urgences, la radiologie, la maternité, la chirurgie, le bloc opératoire, la pédiatrie et la cuisine. La FSAS-CGTG affirme avoir multiplié les alertes auprès des directions successives et réclame des mesures rapides pour améliorer les conditions de travail des agents et le fonctionnement de l’établissement.
