From November 11 to 22, the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival returns with a new digital feature: an official application to find the program, discover the chefs and book the workshops.

The Saint-Martin Tourist Office (OT) is leveraging digital technology to enhance the festival experience. For this 2026 edition, the FEST app brings together practical information and highlights of the event, which celebrates the island's culinary diversity.

Users will be able to discover participating chefs, their specialties and inspirations, browse partner restaurants and their offers, and access the detailed program of workshops, demonstrations, and other culinary experiences. An interactive map will help locate the various festival venues, and contests will round out the experience. The app also includes a frequently asked questions section and useful information to help prepare for participation. As some workshops have limited capacity, the Tourist Office encourages the public to download the app now to reserve their spots. For twelve days, the festival aims to showcase the chefs, restaurants, and flavors that make up the rich gastronomic heritage of Saint-Martin, while also facilitating access to the many activities on offer.
