After a series of events organized throughout last season, HeadMade Factory is opening a space dedicated to contemporary creation in visual arts - from and to - Saint Martin. Two Open Days are organized on Friday September 29 and Saturday September 30 from 15 p.m. to 21 p.m.
The Art KclOb (TAK) by HMF, located 8 rue de Concordia (at the start of the street which goes back to EDF) will open its doors to the general public, artists and art professionals, art lovers and collectors and simply curious.
At the initiative of the artist and founder of HeadMade Factory, Florence Poirier-Nkpa, this new space is a completely renovated old hut. There he houses his workshop, the HMF offices but also a space dedicated to temporary exhibitions, a garden to host cultural and artistic events.
Precisely on the evening of Saturday September 30, Ménélik Arnell will perform his very latest songs. This young singer from Saint-Martin embodies the eclectic culture of the island with a sound that mixes rap and afrobeat.
Florence Poirier-Nkpa will also present HMF's past and future activities and announce the winner of its first call for applications launched in August.
These open days will welcome you to the heart of a space for exchanges with artists who wish to participate in a dynamic of professional creation.
HeadMade Factory is a structure supporting artistic projects which opened its doors in 2010.
