~ Government Administration Building ordered to evacuate ~
PHILIPSBURG – A major fire erupted on the Dump this afternoon around 1.30 pm. Thick black smoke could be seen billowing over the Dump area and the Government Administration Building (new and old).
Smoke hovering over parts of Simpson Bay and airport landing strip.

Please explain how this keeps happening. This cannot be spontaneous combustion somebody is being negligent. Maybe more security around the dump is necessary
