OYSTER POND: This past weekend Danitza Dormoy, head chef and mastermind behind the Good Food & Mojitos and Milk & Honey Gourmet Grazing brands, orchestrated brunch with style.
The day was an invite-only event held at a beautiful villa in Oyster Pond and everyone who attended knew to expect something new being unveiled. Driving up to the location it was clear this would be an amazing experience. The day was clear and beautiful, the guests were all excited and camera-ready.
The air carried an aura of electric excitement. The buffet-style brunch options allowed for the food to take center stage, and it did everything it was supposed to and more. Guests were treated to the wonderful foods they’ve become accustomed to with the Good Food & Mojitos menu with a few extras to entice the tasting. Carnival diets were not respected, and nobody objected to it. The entire day was filmed by The Creators, who made the unveiling feel like a scene in the movies.
Milk & Honey Gourmet Grazing is known for its unique take on cheeseboards, offering options like cheese boxes, and takeaway cheese treats in cylindrical cups. The star of the day was the newly unveiled Charcuterie Wall, which is now available locally. Add a touch of class and distinctiveness to your event by reaching out to Chef Danitza. Pictures and videos of the wall will be posted later. Watch out for them!
Both companies can be found on social media like Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, just search the names and be ready to experience visual food envy like you’ve never seen before!
