SIMPSON BAY – Residents in Simpson Bay are shocked by a heinous crime against a defenseless dog this morning at around 10.30 am.
Witnesses confirm a man driving a white Kia pick-up truck with license plate V-1204 dragging a live dog tied to the rear area of the truck until the dog was dead.
The dog was found dead on the road behind Cappuccino Restaurant in Simpson Bay and residents of the area are asking anyone that knows who the driver of the vehicle is to report him to the police immediately as animal cruelty is punishable by law.
