PHILIPSBURG – Since Minister of VROMI, Christopher Emmanuel, announced to have all car wrecks on St. Maarten removed as part of a Government exercise to rid car wrecks from public property earlier this week, concerned residents contacted SXM Talks and informed that the Minister himself has a car wreck on the side of the road since July 12th of this year.
On July 12th, 2016 the then MP’s Jeep was torched by unknown assailant on Carrot Road in South Reward and the vehicle has been sitting idle on public property ever since.

Residents said that the Minister would do well to lead by example and remove his car wreck before the Government’s car removal process takes place and do so at his own expense instead of having it done at the tax payer’s expense.
