Following a first communication with professionals, carried out at the beginning of October by the manager of the Saint-Martin National Nature Reserve, the State services are informing the public of the renewal of the procedure put in place to obtain authorization annual to carry out a commercial activity, maritime or land, within the SXM National Nature Reserve.
The exercise of a commercial activity must first be the subject of the filing, with the manager of the RNN, of a file containing:
– the authorization request form to be collected from the RNN manager;
- the administrative documents making it possible in particular to prove the regulatory compliance (French and / or international) of the commercial activity, subject of the request.
The submission of files will be carried out no later than November 10, 2023: – in the premises of the manager of the National Nature Reserve, located in Hope Estate; OR
– electronically to the following address: reservationnat. ashley@gmail.com
A Technical Committee comprising the manager of the National Nature Reserve and the State services concerned will then be organized in order to select the files subject to authorization. This authorization will be valid for 1 year, from the date of the decision issued by the manager. It may be suspended in the event of irregularities noted by the manager and/or the competent authorities.
