In a press release posted on social networks, the organizers of Les Voiles de Saint-Barth, François Tolède and Luc Poupon, share the sad news concerning this unmissable regatta in the Caribbean.

“It is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of the 2024 edition of Les Voiles de St. Barth, initially scheduled for April 14 to 20. After multiple negotiations with a future title partner, these did not  unfortunately could not succeed, at least for this year” declared the organizers. “We would like to assure you that this cancellation was not decided lightly. We explored various options and alternative solutions to ensure that this edition could take place. We understand the importance of this event for the international sailing community and for all of you who are passionate about this sport. We are just as disappointed as you to have to give up this edition, but we remain determined to work to ensure the sustainability and organization of Les Voiles de St. Barth in the years to come. Know already that the entire team is at work organizing the edition of Les Voiles 2025, from April 13 to 19 and we are counting on your presence for this next edition.” Les Voiles de St. Barth was created in 2010 with the desire to have an event specific to Saint-Barth which would be part of the long colorful history of Yachting on the island, since the Loulou's Regatta which, in the 70s , brought together up to 110 sailboats, including races as diverse as the Transat AG2R, the Route du Rose or the St-Barth Bucket Regatta. Since then, the sporting event has continued to grow to become today an essential regatta in the Caribbean. Patience until 2025… _VX
