An evolving space open to all, the third training site located in Quartier d'Orléans makes it possible to support the aspirations of residents and the development of their personal life projects, not only for the district, but for the entire territory.
\nThe agreement signed in December 2023 between the six partners of the consortium marked the formalization of the third place of Quartier d'Orléans. This ambitious project aims to offer innovative learning and training models to residents. Unprecedented in Saint-Martin, this third place serves as an incubator for social and professional integration, avoiding interruptions in career paths. Equipped with an equipped technical platform, it welcomes people requiring appropriate socio-professional support. The renovation of additional premises, provided by SEMSAMAR, has just been completed. The third place therefore currently has two apartments transformed into reception and activity spaces in the Palmeraies residence, building 8, in Quartier d'Orléans. This clever system promises significant progress, by offering a digital space, serving the development of skills bringing together groups of committed citizens. Managed by a consortium of actors, including Compagnons Bâtisseurs (administrative leaders of the project), Fore Iles du Nord, Jielle Formation, the CCI of Saint-Martin, ADIE, and Initiative Saint-Martin Active, the third place, named L'Atelier, is financed as part of the DEFFINOV call for projects with the support of the DEETS of Guadeloupe, the ANCT and the European Union. With a first edition of “aperitif-projects”, the third place collaborates with local associations, in a unifying spirit. Open to all, it aims to support residents' initiatives and projects, currently with opening hours from Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 20 p.m. Don't hesitate to go through the door of the third place, all the membership details are also available on site. _Vx
