President Donald Trump is looking to sell his French St. Martin beachfront estate, Le Château des Palmiers, for an asking price of $28 million, according to Mansion Global.

A 2015 presidential financial disclosure showed President Trump holds a 100 percent share in the companies that own the estate and valued the asset between “$5 million and $25 million,” according to the report.

Trump bought the property in 2013 for an undisclosed amount, when it was reportedly listed at $19.7 million. A sale at $28 million would bring a 40-percent profit through his four years of ownership, as Mansion Global noted.

The estate is 4.8 acres on St. Martin’s Plum Bay, containing 11 bedrooms, 12 full baths, and is “enclosed by eight-foot boundary wall,” per the report.
