SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - At the request of the authorities of Sint Maarten, Defense Caribbean will support the local police on the island in the coming period. Defense supports the Sint Maarten Police Force in ensuring safety and maintaining public order.

Supporting civilian authorities is one of the three main tasks of Defense in the Caribbean. The cooperation between Defense and the Sint Maarten Police Force underscores the shared goal of strengthening security and stability on Sint Maarten.
