KPSM Investigates Drowning Incident at Port de Plaisance Marina | Soualiganewsday

SINT MAARTEN (SIMPSON BAY) - The Korps Politie Sint Maarten (KPSM) is currently investigating a drowning incident that took place at the marina in the Port de Plaisance area.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m., Central Police Dispatch received a report regarding a man who had been found in the water at the aforementioned location and was showing no signs of life.

Police patrols and ambulance personnel were immediately dispatched to the scene, where they encountered the body of the male victim.

Personnel from the Detective Department and Forensic Department are currently on the scene conducting the necessary investigation.
