PHILIPSBURG – Parliamentarian Chanel Brownbill was sentenced to 18 months of imprisonment, with 15 months suspended and 240 hours of community service on Tuesday by the Court in First Instance. The court imposed 3 years of probation. Four other defendants in the Emerald-investigation were also found guilty of tax fraud and sentenced to conditional prison sentences and community service.
