French Quarter:--- The family of 20-year-old Kerry Coipel is mourning his sudden death due to a motorcycle accident which took place at the entrance of La Samana Hotel on Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm.
According to Captain of the Gendarmerie Emmanuel Maignan, said the young motorcycle rider seeming lost control of the motorcycle he was riding and crashed into a wall at the entrance of La Samana, he said it is more than likely that the young French national was speeding at the time of the accident.
Maignan said that the first responder from the pompier managed to reanimate the victim at the scene of the accident then transported him to the Louis Constant Fleming Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 6 pm Saturday evening.
