PHILIPSBURG:— As of January 31st, there were nine (9) persons who tested positive for COVID-19. There were a recovery rate of zero (0) cases. The total active cases are now one hundred and sixty-seven (167). The total number of confirmed cases is one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two (1862).
