CUL DE SAC :— St. Maarten Academy’s academic campus will on Thursday, February 2, 2017 host its annual Open House in an effort to provide information to parents of pupils preparing to write the upcoming Foundation Based Education (FBE) examinations, as well as those who are desirous of pursuing studies at the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) level.
All parents and students of Grade 6 at the various elementary schools are invited to attend this important information session to understand what St. Maarten Academy has to offer. The Open House will run from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
That same evening, St. Maarten Academy’s Committee for CAPE Studies is also inviting prospective students and their parents to the CAPE Public Information Session. This session is slated to begin at 6:45pm. The CAPE department will be providing information on the CAPE programme and the Associate Degrees currently being offered at the school.
The CAPE application period will run from February 1 to March 31, 2017. Please come out and have your questions answered and to gain more clarity on this programme so an informed decision can be made by both parties to see if this may be the next step in your child/ward’s academic journey.
