AUC students volunteer at the Mental Health Foundation for community action day. | SMN News

 PHILIPSBURG:— On the 19th of October, 11 AUC students spent their Saturday helping the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) with much-needed facility maintenance in honour of community action day. They helped to construct a car wash covering, and painted the entrance and dining area of the Faraja Day Treatment Center.

Community action day has been a tradition for over eleven years at AUC medical school. Physicians in training go beyond the campus three times per year to engage with community partners through service projects focusing on health, education, environmental awareness and more.
