FRENCH QUARTER:— A road accident on RN7 in French Quarter, opposite French Quarter Medical Clinic has left a scooter rider dead. The victim and rider of the scooter are well known in the French Quarter community. Identified only as Germain who lost one leg in a previous accident a few years ago lost his life on Tuesday when he collided with an oncoming car that was driving at high speed.
