SIMPSON BAY:— Police and ambulance personnel rushed to the Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) and cordoned the entire area as a bus belonging to a car rental ran over a young child. SMN News learnt that the bus belongs to AVIS car rental. It is also understood that the victim is a young boy between the ages of 3 to 4 years old. Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson confirmed that an AVIS shuttle bus ran over a young boy about 3 years old who died on the spot. Henson said the child is a resident on the island and he is of Haitian decent while police are busy investigating the circumstances of the accident.

This tear my heart into pieces, it’s sad what happened to him but my question is where tf was his parents. How could u leave your little child disappear out of your eye sight especially in that big place?! They to f***ing careless man?? he’s not my child but I’m hurting like he is!
Such sad news, my heart goes out to the family…..I have witnessed that company’s and other rental car company’s employees driving incredibly fast. Often thought about reporting them to their bosses but figured it would be a waste of time. Dangerously overtaking on the airport road.
People confuse airport area with a park….
The driver that have the kid in hes car is iresponsable for not locking the car when u have child in your car and the adult that was responsable for a free running child on street not the driver
