As the Caribbean gets ready for the start of the traditional tourism season, several Governments have turned to technology adoption, to manage travel authorization and border management. To date, Jamaica, St. Lucia, TCI, the BVI, and Grenada are implementing an electronic health-risk, travel authorization system that was developed by, Amber Group, a technology conglomerate based in Jamaica.
