Carnival Queen attacker pre-trail set for November 3.

PHILIPSBURG:--- Former senior Carnival queen Estika Halley was seriously stabbed on Sunday, July 31 this year by her ex-partner. The incident happened in the early hours when a culprit allegedly stabbed the young lady and left her near the Emeral Funeral home in Cay Hill. According to the prosecutor's office on Monday, the so-called pro forma/pre-trial hearing, in this case, will take place on November 3 and the suspect M.B. (38) will be charged with Attempted Murder and Manslaughter Aggravated assault.

A pre-trial hearing is usually to make a schedule for when the court case will be dealt with. ...
