PHILIPSBURG:--- The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry (COCI) launched its online service in earlier this year and has since its launch continued to work towards enhancement of the customer experience. COCI Online brings the registration of new businesses and the amendment of existing registrations to the customer in the comfort of their home or business. COCI has with consideration of received feedback upgraded the system and inserted Model references to support the correct selection of forms. The system is further enhanced through the implementation of a new process flow for the processing of amendments to existing registrations, allowing the authorized person or entity to faster process required changes. The new webpage enhances navigation and selection and so better facilitates the actions to be undertaken by customers. COCI continues to provide web assistance through its Business Center to ensure that the online service is accessible to all.
