PHILIPSBURG:--- The Court of First Instance has ruled in favor of Dr. Sharine Daniel who was illegally terminated from NV GEBE on July 21st, 2021 as its Chief Internal Auditor. The ruling that was handed today Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, states that Dr. Daniel was terminated unlawfully and all the allegations made against Daniel in the local media were not submitted in court as evidence and that all diplomas are authentic.
