PHILIPSBURG:—  With increasing violence in our schools, and the challenging socio-economic conditions on St. Martin, many parents are struggling to keep their heads above water, while youth are seeking opportunities to advance themselves. Consequently, Victorious Living Foundation (VLF) has been actively developing opportunities and solutions to address these growing challenges. One of these solutions is through VLF’s youth wing, Y2X.
