PHILIPSBURG:---- The Detective Department is presently investigating a stabbing which took place on May 4th at approximately 04.30 a.m. in the Festival Village. The incident happened during a fight leaving the suspect with a superficial stab wound in his chest and a broken nose. The suspect was treated on the scene by paramedics and then taken to the Sint Maarten Medical Center for further treatment. After treatment the suspect was released. One person was arrested as a suspect in this case.
