PHILIPSBURG:— The four members of the Supervisory Board of Directors (SBOD) of NV GEBE have filed a court injunction against the shareholder of the government-owned company, namely the Minister of VROMI Egbert Jurendy Doran. The hearing is scheduled for Friday afternoon which will coincide with the scheduled hearing of the SBOD with the shareholder.
SMN News learned that the legal representative of the SBOD filed the injunction in the hope of getting the court to annul the resolution to appoint the statutory director Dr. Sharine Daniel. ...
