EXCLUSIVE: GEBE Supervisory Board taking government to court to stop the appointment of the CEO.

says Williams Brooks was not screened by VDSM and it’s mandatory by law.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Supervisory Board of Directors namely Rene Richardson and Ed Gumbs is taking the government of St. Maarten to court this (Thursday) afternoon at 3pm to get the court to block the appointment of Williams Brooks as CEO of the company since the screening that has to be conducted by VDSM is not yet completed. The meeting to appoint William Brooks as CEO of GEBE is scheduled to take place on Friday May 20th 2016.
