PHILIPSBURG:— The five-member Supervisory Board of N. V GEBE voted out the chairman Bienvenido Richardson from his seat in a meeting Monday night and replaced him with Nina Diaz who expressed her wishes to be the chair of the board.
SMN News learned that the board summoned its interim managing director Sharine Daniel to the meeting who is already in breach of the agreement signed between the board and the interim director, one of the breaches is the appointment made by Daniel two weeks after being appointed as interim director.
Another concern discussed is the constant power outages the island is facing these past few days.
