PHILIPSBURG:--- The suspended statutory director of NV GEBE Merril Temmer has dispatched a lawyers letter to the Supervisory Board of Directors, and Shareholder representatives demanding that he be reinstated since he was not responsible for the ransomware attack of March 16th, 2022.
Represented by Berman Keuning the letter that was sent on Wednesday states that Temmer had limited power when he was appointed Temporary Manager and his only assignments were to deal with urgent matters.
