MARIGOT: --- Some residents of Friars Bay is calling on the Collectivity to look into what is happening on their property. One family identified a man by name of Joel Pochette whom they said chose to use containers to construct ghetto types homes in their area which they said is devaluating their high class investments while encouraging lawlessness. The family said that Pochette is constructing his ghetto type homes illegally on undivided family property. They considered the situation a “ticking time bomb” and therefore urged authorities to get on top of the matter as soon as possible.
