PHILIPSBURG:--- Troy Washington, N.V. GEBE's Temporary Manager/Special Representative has been using his family-owned construction company to do road works while being the head of the company. The conflict of interest has raised many concerns among employees of the company.
Washington Construction has been conducting several construction projects for GEBE. The company has been executing work for the Ministry of VROMI since the appointment of the temporary manager Troy Washington.
